I absolutely loved the cozy and elegant decor of the hotel. It had a warm and inviting atmosphere that made me feel right at home. The general areas were well-maintained and spacious, making it easy for me to navigate around as a senior woman. The hotel's accessibility features were also impressive, with ramps and elevators available to ensure a hassle-free stay for guests like myself.

The only thing I would have asked for a better vacation for senior people is more assistance from the staff. The children working there seemed a bit overwhelmed and inexperienced in dealing with the specific needs of older guests.

The room was cleaned daily including new towels and available with terrace as well as a great balcony;)))

The building is beautiful and the rooms are nicely decorated with a balcony; there is a good selection of options and the food is outstanding.

Great location close to the beach, Pigeon Island, and other attractions. Also, there are plenty of restaurants nearby. It's just a 2-mile drive to a beautiful sandy beach. 🏖️

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! the location was perfect, right on the beach and close to pigeon island. The view from my private balcony was stunning, and I loved being able to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. Secondly, the staff were extremely friendly and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable. They were attentive, helpful, and made me feel welcome throughout my time there. Lastly, the hotel offered great value for money. The prices were affordable and reasonable, especially considering the attention to detail and the basic amenities provided. The rooms were cleaned daily, the towels were fresh, and the AC kept the room cool and comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was also a nice bonus. I had a fantastic experience at this hotel and would highly recommend it to others looking for a beachfront getaway.

We had a wonderful week-long stay at Cardamon Hotel. The location is perfect, right in front of the ocean with a clean pool and spacious rooms. The A/C was excellent, the staff attentive, and the housekeeping team did an amazing job. The hotel grounds were well-maintained, the dinner options were good, and the beach was clean with plenty of loungers. We were impressed by the hotel's attention to detail, such as providing candles for our cake and making changes to the breakfast for our 3-year-old. excellent value and the best choice in the area.

Spent Easter at an oceanfront hotel in Eastern Sri Lanka. Two things: picture-perfect sunrises and the sound of waves breaking on the shore. Perfect location if you're looking for a peaceful place to relax. Spacious, comfy room and fantastic hot water. Loved the green plants that adorned the garden and the sound of chirping geckos.

The hotel appeared to be understaffed. Service was spotty at best.

Great beachfront location, comfortable rooms, and very friendly staff who went out of their way to assist me during my stay. The breakfast buffet was included and very good. The proximity to attractions and restaurants was an added bonus.

The beach chairs and umbrellas were limited and not enough for all guests. The cost of the tours provided by the hotel could be lower, and more sports equipment could be available.
